Jukupark Oy’s website and webstore order and delivery terms and conditions
1. General information about JukuPark webstore
Jukupark Oy (business id: 2169874-3) sells tickets, gift tickets and season passes to private individuals over the age of 18 as well as for companies and organisations who will be hereinafter referred to as the consumer or client.
2. Ordering from the JukuPark webstore
The customer is bound by the valid terms of use each time an order is placed. When placing an order, the customer should provide the following information: name, consumer’s address (and delivery address if different from the consumer’s address), an e-mail address and a telephone number.
Contact between JukuPark and the consumer takes place through e-mail and by telephone. The consumer commits to check their e-mail after placing an order. A binding commercial agreement will come into effect once the consumer has submitted and paid for an order. At the same time, they commit to comply with these terms of use for the webstore.
3. Terms of payment and payment methods
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). Paytrail Oyj payment intermediary will forward your payment to the merchant. If you can see Paytrail Oyj on your bank statement or on your credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment.
You can use the online payment services of all Finnish banks. You can also pay with the most common payment and credit cards.
You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, Pop-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken online payment services. On your bank statement you can see Paytrail Oyj as the payment receiver who will direct your payment to the online store. You are directed to your own bank to complete the transaction safely.
4. Order confirmation
Once the order has reached the webstore system, the system will send automatic order confirmation to the consumer’s e-mail. If the consumer wishes to contact the merchant after submitting an order to e.g. change the order, contact can be made via e-mail or by telephone.
5. Delivery
The tickets are delivered to the e-mail address the customer provides. The tickets are individualised by QR codes. The JukuPark tickets are scanned on the day of visit by showing the QR code at the JukuPark ticket sales on the day of the visit.
6. Returns
The tickets bought from JukuPark webstore can’t be changed or returned after purchase (Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) 38/1978, Chapter 6, 16 § (30.12.2013/1211)).
7. Problems
JukuPark won’t be responsible for problems during the ordering caused by third parties (for example payment services).
JukuPark reserves the right not to deliver products if, for example, due to a system error, it has been possible to order products at a substantially incorrect price. In this case, JukuPark can cancel the order and return the amount of the order to the customer.
JukuPark Oy is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure. In this context, ’force majeure’ refers to unexpected changes in general operating conditions, which cannot have been predicted or prevented with reasonable efforts. JukuPark strives to notify its customers of force majeure cases as quickly as possible.

4. To what does this privacy policy apply
This privacy policy applies to practices that JukuPark Oy adheres to when collecting and processing personal data from its consumers and business customers (a personal data file based on JukuPark Oy’s customer relationship and other relevant connection).
5. What data is collected about me
The data file may contain the following information about all data subjects:
name, birthday, sex, address, phone number, email, orders from the webstore.
6. From what sources is my personal data collected
Personal data relating to a data subject is collected from the data subject, from various services that the data subject uses e.g. online services and the webstore. And from different marketing activities such as marketing-related competitions and events.
7. Will my personal data be disclosed to third parties
The data may be transferred, at the controller’s discretion and within the scope of applicable legislation, to organisations such as JukuPark’s partners, provided that you have not objected to the transfer of your data. As a rule, we only disclose data for purposes that support the objective of JukuPark’s data file and in cases in which the intended use of the data is not incompatible with JukuParks’s intended use.

Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.
9. How is my personal data protected
The electronically processed data contained in the data file is protected by generally accepted technical means, e.g. firewalls, passwords and other measures. Material maintained manually is located in places with no access by unauthorised persons. Only the controller’s employees and employees working on behalf of the controller and appointed by the controller have access to the data contained in the data file.
10. Right to access, object and rectify
You have the right to request access to your personal data. The request for access must be emailed to the person responsible for the data file. The request will be dealt with according to JukuPark Oy’s internal data protection process. You have the right to object to the processing and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, distance selling, surveys and market research; this is done by contacting the controller. You have the right to request rectification of incorrect information; this is done by contacting the controller.
10. Cookies
Cookies are used at JukuPark’s website and webstore. A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that a website – when visited by a user – asks your browser to store on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference. Those cookies are set by us and called first-party cookies. We also use third-party cookies – which are cookies from a domain different than the domain of the website you are visiting – for our advertising and marketing efforts.
11. Accepting the terms and conditions
By accepting the terms and conditions of registration, the user grants the JukuPark Oy the right to process the information provided by the user as required for the maintenance and development of the customer relationship. The user can opt to join a mailing list to receive newsletters and offers relating to JukuPark. JukuPark Oy will not release information from its customer register to external third parties.
